About the Event
Queen's Legacy is a special beer release brewed in collaboration with Tennessee Brew Works and Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey.
Queen's Legacy is a Caribbean-Style Stout aged in Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey barrels, and its ingredients are indigenous to Africa. The beer is brewed with 100% malted millet and South African hops. The vanilla, oak, almond spice, and caramel flavors of the Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey barrels prove an additional layer of complexity and flair, making this beer truly unique.
Queen's Legacy name honor Uncle Nearest's Master Blender Victoria Eady Butler, the great-great-granddaughter of Nearest Green, recognized as Jack Daniel's mentor and the first known African American Master Distiller. "Queen" also pays homage to all the matriarchs that have made a positive impact on our lives.
